Introducing the Cobra 8, Castle's next-generation electronic speed controller (ESC) for surface applications. As the inaugural product in a new line, the Cobra 8 is engineered with cutting-edge technology tailored specifically for 1:8th scale vehicles weighing up to 6.8 kg (15 lbs).

The Cobra 8 features a state-of-the-art 32-bit dual-core processor for precision and performance. Enhanced data logging capabilities offer extended recording times, faster sampling rates, and a wealth of data points, enabling users to analyze vehicle performance like never before.

Crafted with a CNC aluminium bottom case, the Cobra 8 is designed to endure the most rigorous conditions, ensuring reliability in every race or off-road adventure. With CRYO-DRIVE technology, operational temperatures are reduced, significantly prolonging the ESC's lifespan. An integrated 8-amp BEC powers even the most demanding servos.

The Cobra 8 ESC is packaged with three Castle 4-pole 12-slot motor options, including the Castle 1515-2200Kv Sensored Motor. This motor combo is perfect for monster trucks with up to 6S LiPo packs (4S is ideal), 1:8 scale buggies, truggies, on-road vehicles, and 1:10 scale monster trucks up to 6.8 kg (15 lbs). The gold 1515-2200Kv V2 motor pairs seamlessly with the Cobra 8 ESC for unmatched speed, control, and performance.
