NOTSNIK Launch Vehicle. 16 part Grey resin kit. Color assembly and painting guide included. The USN air launched orbital platform that was later developed into an ASAT Platform. Called Project Pilot at it's beginning, later it earned the nickname NOTSNIK, like sputnik. This is a multi-part resin kit with the launch Pylon that was used on F4D-1 Skyrays, the airborne launch vehicle. Program was cancelled due to pressure from the USAF.
